Blue Whale Soundproof Doors and Windows, founded in 1983, has its manufacturing facility located in the Xindian District of New Taipei City.
Blue Whale has successfully completed the development and launch of the “180 Series Professional Soundproof Door,” “Bedroom Soundproof Door,” and “Recording Studio Soundproofing Projects.”
In 1993, the company changed its name to “Blue Whale” and registered the trademark. It was officially incorporated as “Blue Whale International Technology Co., Ltd.”
Blue Whale collaborated with the Taiwanese engraver “Chen Wei-Long” to create the “H3 Cloud” double-opening door. This door features cast aluminum material combined with hand-carved craftsmanship. Each panel took at least 30 days to carve, with thousands of clouds meticulously crafted. Once completed, these clouds were seamlessly integrated into the door panels, creating a representation of soaring and majestic beauty.
Blue Whale collaborated across disciplines with Taiwanese artist “Wu Zuo-Chang” to introduce the “H4 Florence” oil painting double-opening door. This door beautifully captures the essence of European charm and has been hailed as a masterpiece of the craftsmanship era.
Blue Whale has reached a significant milestone by introducing the “H3 Lake Smart Automatic Door,” a breakthrough in technological development.
The door’s design features long, slender lines arranged in a rhythmic pattern, creating a three-dimensional and sleek texture that exudes an air of understated elegance. The door lock is paired with Blue Whale’s innovative “Automatic Door Opening and Closing System,” which uses sensors to automatically unlock and open the door. The concealed cantilever design ensures that the door automatically closes and locks when a person leaves, combining aesthetics, security, soundproofing, and convenience, making it highly appreciated by users.
Blue Whale introduced the “H3 Lake Series,” drawing inspiration from the natural interplay between the scenery and climate of Taiwan’s Yanzi Lake.
The lake water ripples and overflows like “waves,” the gentle breeze creates “ripples” on the surface, the serene atmosphere is as calm as “water,” all contributing to the magnificent view.
The combination of the lake, mountains, and culture served as the foundation for different designs, capturing the essence of various scenic views and seamlessly merging art with the natural beauty.
The “H3 Lake Waves” bronze sculptural door received the “Golden Pin Design Award,” and in the same year, the development of fully automatic smart doors was completed and launched.
Luxury housing projects have been steadily completed, including “Xinpu Guoyu” in Xindian Hua Cheng, “Gérard Puff V” in Taoyuan, “Chinatrust Financial Holding Headquarters” in Nangang, “China Steel Corporation Headquarters” in Kaohsiung, “Ching Wong Art Summit,” “Ching Wong DC,” and “Hui Architecture” in Hsinchu. Furthermore, they have extended invitations to emerging artist Mr. Fan Zi-Xiang to create a masterpiece titled “Concealing Spirits in the Thicket” for their oil painting doors.
In 2014, in cooperation with Chess Creative Design Co., Ltd., Blue Whale launched the new “H3 Sea Waves” Smart Door. This door combines cast aluminum material with 3D painting techniques, showcasing the shimmering brilliance of ocean waves and leading the way for innovation and advancement in the Taiwanese doors and windows industry.
Blue Whale, with a commitment to caring for intellectually challenged children and embodying the spirit of small and medium-sized enterprises, organized the first “Blue Whale Wulai Forest Marathon.” The aim was to attract more small and medium-sized business owners to join in and give back to the community, benefiting sports enthusiasts who love to participate in marathons.
Organizing the “Blue Whale Pinglin Love Mountain and Sea Ultra Marathon” is a testament to the ultimate dream of every runner. It represents the pinnacle of the sport of running, reflecting the sublimation of physical fitness, willpower, and the spirit. It also symbolizes the self-practice of “challenging oneself and surpassing the peak” in life, through the tempering of one’s body, mind, and spirit in each and every run.
In 2016, Blue Whale embarked on a bold endeavor by adorning their doors with solid Burmese teakwood, which had been aged for over 70 years and weighed hundreds of kilograms. They also extensively upgraded the structural design, collaborating with woodcraft artisans for carving and assembly. This effort resulted in the creation of the Blue Whale Collection Doors, namely “H3 Lake Reflection” and “H3 Original.” These doors allowed residents in Taiwan’s humid and challenging climate to enjoy the aesthetics of natural wood without worrying about the visual issues of wood weathering and decay.
To expand its presence in the southern market, Blue Whale established the “Blue Whale Kaohsiung Direct Store” at No. 327, Sea View Street, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City. The store covers an area of 150 square meters and showcases 30 different types of doors and windows. It also features a 1:1 demonstration area and displays fully automatic smart anti-riot villa double-opening doors.
Blue Whale celebrated the grand opening of its Kaohsiung store by organizing the “Kaohsiung Banpingshan New Year’s Road Race.” The event aimed to bring joy to sports enthusiasts and foster a sense of community and celebration.
Blue Whale’s visual aesthetics design team has introduced the “H4 Collection Bavaria” double-opening door. This door combines soundproofing, fire resistance, and smoke-blocking capabilities to ensure the safety of every household.
Blue Whale has developed a new construction method known as “Dry Structure,” which reduces construction dust and the associated costs of multiple work crews entering and exiting. This innovation allows residents who have already moved in to easily replace doors and windows, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
The “Blue Whale Soundproof Doors and Windows Sailing Team” participated in the “2018 International Sailing Race” and joined Taiwanese sailors in traveling to Miyako Island, Japan, to take part in the offshore competition.
In order to provide localized service in the central region, Blue Whale established the “Blue Whale Taichung Direct Store” at No. 1106, Zhongming South Road, South District, Taichung City. The store showcases 32 different types of doors and windows and features a 1:1 million-dollar audiovisual room, Blue Whale soundproof energy-saving sunshades, and imported anti-smog screens. This setup aims to offer the best in lifestyle aesthetics and quality to customers.
Blue Whale introduced the “Mykonos” door collection specifically designed for women. The Blue Whale design team traveled to Greece for inspiration, and they used shades of blue as the primary color. Combining cultural elements and aesthetics, they created three different door options: “Sky Blue,” “Deep Sea Blue,” and “Misty Blue.” These doors seamlessly blend the softness of home with the strength of steel, offering a unique and distinctive atmosphere.
Undaunted by the Covid-19, Blue Whale ventured into Hsinchu’s Wind City with the “Hsinchu Direct Store.” Located in the Chubei Zhongyue Garden, the store spans 200 square meters and showcases an impressive selection of 60 different door and window designs. It includes the Collection Series, smart fully automatic entrance doors, barrier-free automatic doors, a 1:1 demonstration area, displays of fire-resistant and soundproof solutions, as well as a full range of energy-efficient and anti-smog soundproof windows.
Blue Whale’s door and window aesthetics earned them a feature in the international fashion magazine “Vogue,” showcasing their designs in luxurious residences.
The latest product release introduces the “H4 New Lake Garden,” which combines titanium gold with Burmese teakwood aged for over 70 years. This design is inspired by modern and contemporary concepts, presenting a grand and majestic aesthetic.
The acquisition of the Xindian Hua Cheng property for the “Blue Whale Villa” serves as a base for showcasing villas in Taiwan. It not only introduces Blue Whale doors and windows but also promotes lifestyle aesthetics and shares insights into premium building materials and construction techniques. This effort aims to bridge the gap between architecture and people while providing customer services for self-sustaining developments.
The “Blue Whale Villa” at Xindian Hua Cheng is now officially open, serving as a showcase center for villa-type doors and windows. The entire 220-square-meter building features Blue Whale Collection doors, high-quality domestic and international building materials, lifestyle-oriented artistic furnishings, Taiwanese artists’ oil paintings, and installation art, all with the aim of enhancing the overall experience.
The Blue Whale Villa has launched “Aesthetic Appreciation” events, catering to clients with large properties, designers, and construction companies. These events extend from the indoors to the outdoors, creating a holistic living atmosphere and pursuing a unique quality of life and luxury.
Blue Whale has been involved in luxury residential projects, including developments such as “御之苑” by HUANG YUANN CONSTRUCTION and “坤辰峯華” by Kun Chen Construction, among others.
The Blue Whale Villa introduced a new product line, the “Star Diamond Series,” during an outdoor event. Blue Whale’s design team collaborated with sculptor and artist Jonny Chen to present a limited edition collection. This series infuses the art of sculpture into the entrance doors, drawing inspiration from the radiance of stars, resembling celestial diamonds. They employed “titanium gold” as the medium for the carving process.
