This is the Hangzhou South Road project by Hezhe Construction. The entrance gate features a customized design made of solid Myanmar teak wood. The intention is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows every resident returning home to feel relaxed.
The selection of Myanmar teak wood is particularly significant as it represents the finest grade of teak wood. The main reason for choosing this material is that the gate is partially exposed to the outdoor environment. Given Taiwan’s humid climate, other wood species are not as suitable. Myanmar teak wood has a higher oil content and superior weather resistance compared to other wood species. After installation, every resident can feel the dedication and attention to detail from both the developer and Blue Whale.
