The need for soundproofing was emphasized by the client due to frequent meetings required by their industry. However, they also wanted to create a semi-open environment that would provide a design layout without a sense of oppression. To fulfill these requirements, the initial plan included the installation of Blue Whale’s steel-framed glass soundproof doors for the meeting spaces.
The transparency of the glass allows for a more spacious feel in the meeting rooms, and it enables users of the common areas to have a clear understanding of the usage of the meeting spaces. By utilizing Blue Whale’s steel-framed glass doors, most of the sound can be isolated, preventing mutual interference between the adjacent office spaces and ensuring the privacy of the meetings.
As the company expanded to different floors, the entire floor’s meeting rooms were equipped with Blue Whale’s glass soundproof doors. Additionally, for the newly added meeting spaces on different floors, the plan was extended to incorporate Blue Whale’s glass doors as well.
